Great house in great location with beautiful decor and parking for 3 cars great hosts always ready yo help with friendly
Positive: Modern well equipped house with comfortable beds open plan living room /kitchen and snug room, easy downhill 30 minute walk into central of Durham and plenty taxis back

Nice property but few details missing
Positive: Property modern. Good quality bed linen and towels. Responsive heating.
Negative: No hooks on the bathroom and ensuite doors. Need bathmat to place in bath to avoid slipping when having a shower.
Instructions on how to operate water dispenser would be useful.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay.
Positive: Thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated.
Negative: A bit far from the city centre and Durham University. The walk back from the Botanic Garden and Cathedral was lovely but I wouldn't be able to do it without planning ahead and having ample time.
