A clean smart house on the outskirts of Durham. Positive: The house is at the end of a quiet cul-de sac. It is comfortable and practical. The rooms are large. There is a large dining table and plenty of comfortable seating. Negative: The door between the hall and the kitchen/dining room was missing. The handle was not secure on the downstairs toilet. There were only two dishwasher tablets. The heating was set at a low temperature and had to be boosted regularly to be warm.
