DH1 Comfy & Stylish Durham Home, Free Parking

Beautiful home, lovely city definitely will return. Positive: The house is lovely and spacious and has a great entertaining space. We were 5 ladies enjoying a weekend in Durham and the house provided everything we needed. Negative: The decor and finish.

Short stay in spacious, modern Durham rental with very helpful management Positive: Good communication with the host through text. Very friendly and accommodating, even with a mistake I had made on the booking. Highly recommended hosts and accomodation Negative: We were sent a list of house rules, and at the property, there were indications of fines for breaking them. We rent property frequently and have never experienced this before. Would have preferred to see all rules and potential fines at booking. It's not a lot to worry about, if you are a respectful holiday maker: Fines for vomit on carpets, use of illegal drugs etc but I was really anxious about organising the recycling property incase I got a fine, and in a larger household, this is harder to control .

A lovely home in a great location Positive: Immaculate home, great facilities. Location close to city centre but quiet. Plenty of space and well equipped. Coffee machine with a range of pods was a bonus. Beds were comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space and bathrooms were excellent. Recommendation to eat at Zen in the information booklet was absolutely spot on! A real home from home. Negative: Nothing at all to be totally honest. Really lovely.
