Ideal for friends or family visiting Durham for a short stay.
Positive: Light, very modern furnishings, good beds and bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen.
Negative: These have been dealt with directly with the owner and as they probably won’t apply to other clients are not relevant here. Nothing huge- this is a lovely property!

Luxury house,clean and comfortable.
Big bedrooms .
Toilets very clean.
Excellent parking space.
Big garden.
Good communication it Jane.
We was in control of the heating.
No noise outside we had a good sleep at night.
9 minutes from sea side.
