Modern 4 Bed Home Near Durham | Sleeps 8 | Parking & WiFi

Beautiful house, fun garden and quiet area. A perfect family stay. Positive: Beautiful property. Excellent location. It was perfect for our family while we had a couple of days planned in Durham. Owner was very helpful in welcoming us and helping us work the app. Negative: Not a problem at all but the fridge wasn’t working. We didn’t really need it during our stay as we were only there one night.

Positive: We loved our stay here. As a family the backyard was the best part of our stay. It kept the children busy while the parents could relax. The house had everything. Great beds plenty of space. The owner was quick to respond to all our needs. We would definately stay again.

Positive: A true home away from home! The hosts have thought of absolutely everything you could possibly need for a holiday. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Positive: Property owners are very friendly and accommodating Regular updates leading up to our stay with all relevant and useful information provided. The house is lovely. Very well maintained and spacious. The children's play equipment in the garden was a god send. The beds were incredibly comfortable! We had everything we needed Negative: Nothing!

Ideal for Beamish Positive: This is the second time we have stayed here. It is ideally placed for visiting Beamish (only 10 minutes away). This time we visited Kynren at Bishop Auckland and again it's ideally placed as it's only (30 minutes away) I'll certainly be trying to book here again if I'm visiting the North East Negative: Nothing really, can't fault the house, or the location
